Rain, rain and more rainAbout 8 inches in one week and its raining again today. Its feast or famine around here when it comes to moisture.
I saw an aerial photo last week of our place, it looks like a desert because we had had no rain in weeks.
The
birds are not happy since they are up again today. Most of the time I give them the option to go out by opening their doors.
Today I decided it would be best to just let them ramble in the aisle for the day. I still need to put on all of my rain gear
and go feed.
Did I mention Allie gave me another four adorable little chicks? They are growing rapidly and she's
already returned to laying. She's one little girl that doesn't mess around once her peeps have hatched.
