Welcome to Silkies of Summertown Like so many others Silkies have become a way of life for me. Their quirks and appearance make it hard not to love
them. I still have my original pet pair that got the whole Silkie thing moving along. Should I admit they are my favorites?
I also have birds that came from some of the top breeders and from some very good friends. Without the friends I don't think
I would have the quality in my coop so quickly. The latest additions have
been Salmon Faverolles, mottled d'Uccles and Lavender Silkies. Seems I have trouble sticking with my own declaration of sticking
to one breed.
I spend a great deal of time with the birds, learning something new everyday. If you have questions or would like to
place an order please contact me by email at keepher352@yahoo.com . I look forward to hearing from you.
I accept PayPal and money orders

See that gray peep? Its actually white and chances are very good that it is a little boy.

Look what came home with me from the Silkie Nationals. Yes, that is a Lavender and peaking out from
behind that bird is one other. Somewhere in that mix is a split black.
